Forgotten Tomb Alone

? Are chose symphonies forgotten - with our cases closed and latched'? Dreams now dusty, old and rotten - empty shells (no strings attached). Amidst the dying candle-light, I sit forlorn, alone

The waves have now a redder glow The hours are breathing faint And low down down that town shal settle Death has reared himself a throne In a strange city lying alone

it's empty as a tomb Livin' in these five rooms I don't go in the kitchen, it's a wasteland to me A place for dirty dishes and forgotten recipes

The rain auditions at my window Its symphony echoes in my womb My gaze scans the walls of this apartment To rectify the confines of my tomb I'm the cyclops

And then he asked for the child To be placed in a state run home And after he had signed the papers He walked into that night alone And in this world

a way out From this state of suicidal urge I watch with empty eyes the blade As tears begin to fall down my face Another night alone with myself

nausea No other reason to hang on to a life without a meaning Every dream has fallen to ashes At one with despondency Alive but so far away Left alone

emotions now are gone I burn another page From the book of my memories The way I follow has no return I'll face this journey alone In every night

dreadful sun Two souls entwined together, still so alone. Both you and I are shattered and frozen in stone. You begged for air from within this cold tomb
